It puts our body into a 'fight or flight' situation where we are primed for a fight or to run and save ourselves, our body is flooded with adrenaline and hormones which exact a heavy toll on it. Recent research suggests that between 60 and 90% of all illness comes from undue stress, so the physical symptoms of stress listed below are just the tip of the iceberg.

To reduce these symptoms or eradicate them completely then you need to employ effective stress reduction techniques such as deep breathing and exercise.
