Hey, be careful not over wash your skin, because it could result to dry irritated skin. Use gentle toilet soap for your bath and an acne cleanser for your face. You can find several brands of acne cleaners in your neighborhood pharmacy.

Even though pimple popping may seem to you to be getting ride of your pimples, they really make your condition worse. What pimple popping actually does is push deeper into your skin pus filled bacteria, which cause you more irritation than cure your acne.

If you have acne or does not want to have acne you must stay relaxed always. Stress aggravates acne breakout in people who do not have acne, because stress forces your body to release acne causing chemicals.
